All Sharks365 Members have access to the flexible ticket exchange program. Members can exchange their tickets with ease on account manager via the Sharks + SAP Center app and on a desktop computer.
The SAP Center is a digital ticketed venue and gives fans the ability to conveniently manage their tickets on their phone. Fans can access their tickets via the Sharks + SAP Center app. The app is available for download through the App Store or Google Play Store.
All Sharks365 Memberships will incorporate a variable pricing model, with the goal of ensuring that our most loyal and valuable fans always receive the best pricing and value for their seat(s) throughout the season.

How To Exchange/Upgrade Seats
Open the Sharks & SAP Center App, tap the More icon, then Sharks365 Member Hub.
Once you are in the Member Hub, tap on the Ticket Exchange button underneath your information.
Tap the More icon, select ticket drop down then Ticket Exchange
*If you are not logged in, click Access My Tickets
Scroll down to select manage all tickets then tap on ‘Select Event’
Tap on More icon
Tap on Exchange/Upgrade
Tap on Seats to exchange
Tap on game you want to move seat(s) to
Select quantity needed and note exchange rules. Tap Current Seat Info to see value of seat(s) exchanging
Select the section and seat(s). Tap Add to Cart
Review and tap Continue
Review cost breakdown and tap Submit to process
Moving to higher tiered game or upgrade view
How To Redeem Account Credit
Open the Sharks & SAP Center App, tap the More icon, then Sharks365 Member Hub. Once you are in the Member Hub, tap on the Ticket Exchange button underneath your information.
Tap on your initial then select Account Activity
Tap on Redeem Ticket Credit
Select the game to apply ticket credit
Processing a Downgrade
Scroll down to select manage all tickets then tap on ‘Select Event’
Tap on More icon
Tap on Return for Credit
Select the seat to return for credit then tap Continue
Check the box and tap Continue
Review details of return and tap Submit
Tap on your initial then select Account Activity
Tap on Redeem Ticket Credit
Select the game to apply ticket credit
Select from available sections and seats which are highlighted in blue. Then tap Add to Cart
Member rate for game selected automatically applied. Tap checkout
Check the box to apply ticket credit and enter any additional payment information
Returning Tickets for Account Credit
Open the Sharks & SAP Center App, tap the More icon, then Sharks365 Member Hub. Once you are in the Member Hub, tap on the Ticket Exchange button underneath your information.
Scroll down to select manage all tickets then tap on ‘Select Event’
Tap on more icon
Tap on Return for Credit, Trasnfer, Sell, Exchange/upgrade or Donate
Select the seat to return for credit then tap continue
