Andy Franklin: Director of Rink Programming, F&M Bank Arena

Andy is the Director of Rink Programming at F&M Bank arena, and previously ran all Grassroots Programs (G.O.A.L.!, PREDecessor, Try Hockey For Free, Little Preds Learn To Play and the Youth House League) at Ford Ice Center. Andy is also the head coach for the Preds Select 12UA1 Travel Hockey team. Andy is from Nashville and grew up playing hockey with the NYHL hockey league and also played for Father Ryan High School and Vanderbilt University.

Andy is USA Hockey Goaltending Silver Certified and is the USA Hockey Goaltending Development Coordinator for the Southeast

Jennifer Boniecki: Senior Manager, Diversity Hockey

Jennifer grew up playing girls hockey all over the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois at the AAA and high school levels. She went on to play college hockey for the The Ohio State University (ACHA Women's Division 1) where she served as a two-time assistant captain. Jennifer was selected for the United States National University Team that won a bronze medal at the 2013 Winter World University Games in Trentino, Italy. She has five years of coaching experience ranging from learn to skate to youth hockey programs with the Chicago Blackhawks and Nashville Predators. She also served as the power skating coach for the Franklin Park Panthers Girls program and as an assistant coach for the Loyola Academy Girls Varsity team in Chicago. Jennifer runs the Preds Girls Hockey Program, C.O.R.E. and all grassroots efforts. 

Jennifer is USA Hockey Level 4 Certified.

Nick Szymula: Manager, Youth Hockey Development

Nick currently oversees all grassroots programs (G.O.A.L.!, PREDecessor, Try Hockey For Free, Little Preds Learn To Play and the Youth House League) at Ford Ice Center Antioch. He has also previously coached with our Preds Select programs. Prior to moving to Nashville, he ran all of the youth hockey programs in Jacksonville, Florida.

Dominick Cuce: Youth Hockey Manager

Originally from New Jersey, Dom grew up playing within the youth and high school systems in the area. He later spent three seasons playing junior hockey for the New Jersey Renegades of the Metropolitan Junior Hockey League before turning to coaching full time. He spent four years with the New Jersey Stars youth organization with a heavy involvement in their travel, youth league, and grassroots programs, as well as their skills clinics and summer camps/programs. Upon moving to Nashville, Dom joined the Ford Ice Center coaching staff before accepting the position as Youth Hockey Coordinator. He also coaches the Father Ryan High School Varsity squad. Dom also serves as Head Coach to our Preds Select Travel Program team 12UA2.

Caleb Toone: Youth Hockey Coordinator

Originally from Michigan, Caleb fostered his love of hockey by playing on the frozen lakes as a young child. He continued to progress through youth and high school levels before playing one season of junior hockey for the Daytona Racers. Following his season of juniors, he went on to play five years of college hockey for Liberty University where he served as an assistant captain for his final season. With 10+ years of coaching experience, Caleb currently oversees all grassroots programs (G.O.A.L.!, PREDecessor, Little Preds, and the Youth Hockey League) at Ford Ice Bellevue.

Clayton Pierce: Adult Hockey Coordinator

Originally from Virginia, Clayton grew up playing goalie in his youth program there and while in high school, he then traveled to North Carolina to play a higher level of travel hockey. Once graduated, he went on to play junior hockey in Dallas, Texas and Cape Cod, Massachusetts for two seasons. Following his last year of junior hockey, he went on to play five years of college hockey at Liberty University where he acquired his Bachelor and Master's degrees in Sport Management. Clayton currently oversees the Adult Hockey Program at Ford Ice Bellevue and is a goalie coach for the Nashville Predators Goalie School.
