In order to best suit our customers, coaches and players, we have created a new private lesson sign-up policy for coaching during Stick Times. All lessons must be registered through this page. Please adhere to the following policies when coaching on Ford Ice Center ice:
Limit of three coaches per session.
Private coaching is only available during Open Stick Times and Family Stick Times.
Student must pre-register for any session in which the lesson is given.
Student must pay the $8 fee at the front desk for any session in which the lesson is given.
Coaching Requirements
In order to coach during a Ford Ice Center Open Stick Time, the following is required by each coach:
$100 is due by the first of every month to Will McCaskill by check or cash. Checks should be made out to "Ford Ice Center" and dropped off at the front desk.
This $100 fee will cover all commission and rink ice time for that particular coach. Any late payments will result in an additional 10 percent owed to Ford Ice Center.
Any coach using the ice that is not registered or previously approved by the hockey manager, general manager or Ford Ice Center full-time staff will be fined $100 (due before any further lessons are given).
No show policy: If a coach is registered for a session, but does not show up, they must pay $10 per session missed.
