Victory Club Policies

The Dallas Stars Victory Club Add-On and Exchange Policies are aimed at providing our Victory Club Members the most flexibility in how to manage and utilize your tickets.

Exchange Policy Terms and Restrictions

Exchanges must be processed at least 2 business days prior to the game you intend to exchange into or out of. No exchanges may be completed within 48 hours of the game.

Inventory will be extremely limited this season.

While inventory is limited, available tickets will be fluid throughout the season. As members exchange out of tickets, those tickets will be available to exchange in to.

We know that flexibility is a very important factor in your Membership, and we will strive to provide that to you each season. With the fantastic playoff run this past season, and continuing excitement for the upcoming season, we have some noteworthy updates to the Exchange Policy to highlight:

• Online exchanges available through Account Manager
• Game class pricing
• Renewal Rollover

Inventory will be limited this season across all price points but EXTREMELY limited in lower and platinum level seating.

Exchange Classifications

• Blackout Games - These games cannot be exchanged into. If you are interested in acquiring additional tickets for these games, you can add them on at a discounted rate off gate rate.
• Premier Exchanges - Premier games can only be exchanged for another Premier game. Any game colored in Silver on the VCM Game Exchange Schedule can be exchanged into any other Silver game. Please note, there could be a charge or credit pending the game classifications of the games you are switching out of and into.
• Classic Exchanges - Any game colored in Green on the VCM Game Exchange Schedule can be exchanged into any other Green game. Please note, there could be a charge or credit pending the game classifications of the games you are switching out of and into.
• Preseason Game Exchanges - Preseason games can be exchanged out through the Online Account Manager and into a ‘Classic’ game. These are valued at a lesser rate than any of the rest of the games, which will result in an upgrade charge when exchanging out of them.

Of note: If you would like to exchange out of a Standard game (Green game listed on map) and into a Premier game (Silver game listed on map), you can do so by paying the difference in your preferred rate for each of those games.

Online Exchanges

For the first time ever, 'Classic' games can be exchanged in to by using your Online Account Manager. Once exchanges are available, you will be able to exchange out of any game on your plan into 'Classic' games listed here.

You can exchange out of ‘Blackout’ and ‘Premier’ tiered games into ‘Classic’ tiered games online. However, for any game exchanges into the ‘Premier’ tier, please contact your Dallas Stars Representative directly to process based on availability. Only games in the ‘Premier’ tier can be exchanged into other ‘Premier’ tiered games.

Please note, to exchange out of a game, the game you are exchanging out of must be paid for. If you are on an extended payment plan, payments are made on games in chronological order. Games that are not paid in full will not have the exchange option available until payments cover that game.

Parking is not eligible for online exchanges currently. For the time being, please submit all parking exchanges through your representative.

Game Class Pricing

When exchanging between game classes (ex. Standard to Value Plus or Value to Standard) you will either receive a credit for downgrading or pay the price difference to upgrade at your plan rate. Credits received when downgrading your tickets either in game class or price level will need to be used towards additional single game tickets during the 2023-24 season, or brand new to this season, applied towards your 2024-25 season renewal.

Renewal Rollover

Exchange credits will be available to use during your renewal period this spring for your 2024-25 Victory Club Membership. All exchange credits will need to be used prior to the last game of the 2023-24 regular season.

IMPORTANT: Unused tickets from past games are not eligible to be exchanged, and tickets are not able to be "banked" for future use.

All exchange tickets are subject to availability and limits. The Dallas Stars retain the ability to eliminate exchanges for certain games completely or in particular price levels, even if individual tickets are still available for sale.

Additional Ticket Policy

As part of your Victory Club Membership, you are able to add on tickets to single games at a discounted rate off gate rate for any available regular season game. Inventory will be extremely limited this year. You can do this through your Client Relations Account Executive or through your Online Account Manager.

There are six game classifications for the 2023-24 season. Please see below for the additional ticket limits based on the game classifications:

• You can add on up to 6 tickets to Value Plus and Value games at a discounted rate off gate rate
• You can add on up to 4 tickets to Standard Plus and Standard games at a discounted rate off gate rate
• You can add on up to 4 tickets to Premium Plus and Premium games at a discounted rate off gate rate

Victory Club Member additional ticket purchases are subject to availability and limits. Additional tickets may NOT be purchased for resale purposes and are subject to cancellation. The Dallas Stars retain the right to eliminate additional ticket discounts for certain games or in particular price levels, even if individual tickets are still available for sale.
