Victory Club Policies

The Dallas Stars Victory Club Add-On and Exchange Policies are aimed at providing our Victory Club Members the most flexibility in managing and utilizing your tickets.

Exchange Policy Terms and Restrictions

Exchanges must be processed at least two business days prior to the game you intend to exchange into or out of. No exchanges may be completed within 48 hours of the game.

Same as years past, available tickets will be fluid throughout the season. As Members exchange out of tickets, those tickets will be made available for others to exchange into. 

This season, we are making a few changes to the exchange process to provide you with more flexibility and access to inventory throughout the season - knowing that is a very important factor in your Membership. Key elements to our exchange policy include the following with additional details on each bullet point further down:

• More Flexibility
• No More Black Out Games
• Preseason Game Exchanges
• Online Exchanges Available through Account Manager

MORE FLEXIBILITY

All exchanges will now be processed using an exchange rate. This rate is lower than the standard gate rate but slightly higher than the average per-game rate included in your membership.

This exchange rate will allow for increased exchange flexibility, as more ticket inventory will now be eligible for exchanges.  Exchange inventory is still limited, but you can expect to see more availability now and during the season. 

Exchanging into equal or higher value games and/or seating locations will likely result in an additional cost.  If exchanging into a lower-valued game or seating location could result in credit. Credits received when downgrading your tickets either in game class or price level will need to be used towards additional single-game tickets or exchanges during the 2026-27 season or applied towards your 2027-28 season renewal.

PRESEASON GAME EXCHANGES

Starting this season, preseason games can be exchanged out of through the Online Account Manager and into any game listed on the exchange schedule, pending inventory availability. Preseason games are valued at a lesser rate than any of the rest of the games, which will result in an upgrade charge when exchanging out of them.

ONLINE EXCHANGES

Online Exchanges will be returning this year! Once exchanges are available, you will be able to exchange out of any game on your plan into games listed on the exchanged schedule, pending inventory availability. You can find that below.

Please note, the 2027 Navy Federal Credit Union NHL Stadium Series™ is not available to exchange into or out of as this game is not included in any Victory Club Membership.

To exchange out of a game, the game you are exchanging out of must be paid for. If you are on an extended payment plan, payments are made on games in chronological order. Games that are not paid in full will not have the exchange option available until payments cover that game.

Parking is not eligible for online exchanges currently. For the time being, please submit all parking exchanges through your representative.

RENEWAL ROLLOVER

All exchange credits will need to be used prior to the last game of the 2026-27 regular season. This credit cannot be used toward playoffs. As an alternative, any unused exchange credits will be available to use during your renewal period this spring for your 2027-28 Victory Club Membership.

IMPORTANT: Unused tickets from past games are not eligible to be exchanged, and tickets are not able to be "banked" for future use.

All exchange tickets are subject to availability and limits. The Dallas Stars retain the ability to eliminate exchanges for certain games completely or in particular price levels, even if individual tickets are still available for sale.

Additional Ticket Policy

As part of your Victory Club Membership, you are able to add on tickets to single games at a discounted rate off gate rate for any available regular-season game. Inventory will be extremely limited this year. You can do this through your Client Relations Account Executive or through your Online Account Manager.

There are six game classifications for the 2026-27 season. Please see below for the additional ticket limits based on the game classifications:

• You can add on up to 8 tickets to Value Plus and Value games at a discounted rate off gate rate.
• You can add on up to 6 tickets to Standard Plus and Standard games at a discounted rate off gate rate.
• You can add on up to 4 tickets to Premium Plus and Premium games at a discounted rate off gate rate.

Victory Club Member additional ticket purchases are subject to availability and limits. Additional tickets may NOT be purchased for resale purposes and are subject to cancellation. The Dallas Stars retain the right to eliminate additional ticket discounts for certain games or in particular price levels, even if individual tickets are still available for sale.
