Dallas Stars Season Ticket Holder Council

Steve Thurman

President, Season Ticket Holder Council

The STHC is the brainchild of Council President Steve Thurman. Steve is a native Texan who first grew to love hockey at the age of six by watching NBC's Hockey Game of the Week (with cartoon character Peter Puck explaining the rules between periods). After living and working around the world, Steve returned to Dallas in the late '90s to tend to his numerous business interests. He started attending Stars games as soon as he got here, and has been an avid fan and season ticket holder ever since. Steve represents Gold level season ticket holders.

Bill McKee

Vice President, Season Ticket Holder Council

Cindy Campbell

Member, Season Ticket Holder Council

Cindy Campbell is originally from the Gulf coast of Alabama, the very heart of hockey country. She was aware that there was a sport called 'ice hockey' when she was given a free ticket to watch the CHL's San Antonio Iguanas play. From that very first game, she was hooked. Relocating to the Metroplex in 2001, the speed and excitement of NHL play quickly made her a die-hard Dallas Stars fan. A business writer, she closely follows the Stars' social media and still has an Iguanas tie-dyed retro jersey she could be persuaded to part with for the right offer. She represents the Mezzanine level season ticket holders.

Katie Eiseman

Secretary, Season Ticket Holder Council

Katie's love of hockey and the Dallas Stars began while watching playoff games with her dad the year the Stars won the Stanley Cup. She has been a loyal and dedicated fan ever since, converting family and friends to the great sport of hockey in the process. As a full-season ticket holder since 2005, she is honored and excited to be part of the Season Ticket Holder Council. Katie represents the Plaza level season ticket holders.

Luke Legrand

Member, Season Ticket Holder Council

Luke Legrand's first exposure to professional hockey was at a Stars game. The franchise had just moved to Dallas, and Luke, a native of New Orleans, attended a game with some friends. He had always been a sports enthusiast, and hockey's speed, finesse and excitement captured his attention immediately. Luke owns a professional sales agency specializing in the construction industry. He loves sharing the excitement of Stars games with business associates, friends and family, and particularly enjoys introducing the sport to new fans. Luke represents partial season plan holders.

Benjamin Stewart

Member, Season Ticket Holder Council

Ben Stewart attended his first hockey game in November 1993 after the Stars moved to Dallas. The Stars beat the San Jose Sharks 4-0, and he has been a fan of the sport and team ever since. While attending law school in New York City, Ben almost got attacked before a Stars-Rangers game at Madison Square Garden for shouting "STARS!" during the National Anthem. Ben moved back to Texas after law school and became a season ticket holder in 2007. His legal practice focuses on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and appeals. He enjoys going to Stars games with business associates, his wife, and his three sons.
