What does the Pass include?
The pass includes access to nine (9) Sharks games. Your seat location will be randomly assigned to you 2 hours prior to puck drop. NOTE: The Account Holder must be within 2 miles of SAP Center to view assigned tickets.
How many passes can I buy?
You can buy up to four (4) passes per account. To guarantee that the seats will be grouped together, all passes must be purchased in one transaction.
If I buy a pair of passes, how can my guest get his/her ticket for the game and seat assignment?
All barcodes and seat assignments will be delivered to the phone that registers the pass. For example, if you purchase two passes, the barcodes and seat locations for both will be delivered to your phone. Because you will have both passes on your mobile device, you and your guest will need to arrive at SAP Center together.
Do I get a discount if I buy more than one pass?
All passes purchased are $149 each, which is a great deal!
Can I bring different people with me to each game?
Yes! You are welcome to bring any guests you wish with you! The one person that must attend all of the games is the pass purchaser as all barcodes and seat assignments will be delivered to and accessible only through his/her mobile device.
Can my seat be next to a friend who also purchased the Pass?
We can only guarantee seats together for passes purchased in one transaction.
Are there any games in November excluded from the Pass?
Yes. The games on 11/16 (DET) and 11/29 (LA) are excluded; however, tickets can still be purchased to one or both at sjsharks.com/tickets.
Can I get a refund for unused tickets?
All pass purchases are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
How will I know where my seats are located?
Seat locations will be randomly assigned 2 hours prior to puck drop. At that time, all pass purchasers will receive a text message that includes a link confirming the assigned seat location for that game. Because seat assignments are random, your location will vary from game to game.
How do I access my actual game tickets?
After confirming your seat location via text on each gameday, all Pass tickets can (and should) be managed digitally through the Sharks + SAP Center app, which can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play. Within the app, you will also have the option to upgrade your seats for that game if you wish!
Can I sell my tickets for games I cannot attend?
No. Tickets are non-transferrable and you will not have the ability to resell on the secondary market.
