Let's take a dive into this week's update of our Next Wave report, presented by Kaiser Permanente.

Chrona the Champion
Magnus Chrona (Denver) recorded two Frozen Four wins in three days en route to claiming a National Championship title for Denver. On April 7, Chrona stopped 19 of 21 shots to help Denver advance past Michigan before saving 27 of 28 shots against a red-hot Minnesota State on April 9. Minnesota State entered the contest with 20 goals in their last five games and had only been held to one goal or fewer four times on the season. Across seven Big Ten and NCAA tournament games, Chrona allowed just 10 goals on 169 shots, good for a .941 save percentage.
Coe crosses 100!
Brandon Coe (North Bay) wrapped up his final junior season with multiple points in six of his last seven games, tallying 15 points (two goals, 13 assists) along the way. On April 14, Coe collected a pair of assists to reach, and then surpass, the 100-point threshold for the first time in his career and earn first star of the game honors. Coe's assists came on the first two goals of the game, with the second standing as the eventual game-winner.
