CONCESSIONS STANDS
- All fixed concession stands at Little Caesars Arena are wheelchair accessible. Accessible counters are located throughout the venue, including all Club areas and adjacent restaurants. Guests using wheelchairs will also find accessible tables and service counters in these locations.
- Accessible drinking fountains are available on the Street Level Concourse at PORTALS 1, 4, 10 and 13 and on the Upper Level Concourse at PORTALS 21, 29 and 62.
ENTRANCES
There are four (4) main street-level entries from Downtown Detroit, providing direct access to the Street Level Concourse. All Entries are accessible entries. To maintain a safe environment, all guests are required to complete a security screening upon entry.
Northwest Entry NW - located on Sproat St. just west of Woodward Ave
Chevrolet Entry NE - located on Woodward Ave. & Sproat St
Fifth Third Entry SE - located at Woodward Ave. & Henry St
Meijer Entry SW - located at Henry St. & Park St.
Guests with Blue Cross Suite access parking in the Trinity Health Garage (Cass Ave. & Sproat St.) can enter through the Skybridge to the Blue Cross Blue Shield Suite Lounge. Guests with Premium Club Access can enter through the tunnel on club level. For Red Wings games ONLY, standard ticket holders can also access the Skybridge and Tunnel and will be directed towards the concourse.
PARKING & DROP OFF
- Accessible parking is available in all Olympia Development of Michigan’s parking lots and garages on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- The Trinity Health Garage, United Wholesale Mortgage Garage, and Temple West Garage have the closest accessible parking spaces to Little Caesars Arena and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- The accessible drop-off & pick-up areas are along the West Fisher Service Drive, near Park Street and the UWM Garage.
SENSORY KITS & KULTURECITY
Little Caesars Arena is a certified Sensory Inclusive Venue through our partnership with KultureCity, ensuring a welcoming experience for guests with sensory needs. Event staff are trained to assist and respond to sensory sensitivities and overload situations.
Sensory bags including noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, and verbal cue cards are available for use at no charge to all guests who may feel overwhelmed by the environment. Strobe-canceling glasses and weighted lap pads are also available.
Sensory items are provided free of charge and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at the Guest Service Offices located at PORTALS 10, 20, and 67.
Guests borrowing sensory items must sign a waiver and leave a driver’s license or credit card, which is returned when items are returned in the same condition.
SENSORY ROOM
- Little Caesars Arena, in partnership with KultureCity®, proudly introduces a brand new state-of-the-art sensory room designed to cater to the needs of individuals with sensory processing needs and is set to revolutionize the way we experience public spaces.
- With input from sensory experts, the room is thoughtfully designed to cater to a variety of sensory needs, incorporating elements such as adjustable lighting, calming visuals, and comfortable seating. A range of sensory tools and equipment such as air walls, Yogibo bean bags, Nunoerin sparkle, and tactile objects are available to create a personalized and calming experience. The sensory room is designed to be fully accessible, accommodating individuals of all abilities and ages, with features such as wheelchair accessibility.
- The sensory room is located on the upper concourse, across from PORTAL 66, next to First Aid. The sensory room will be open for all events taking place at Little Caesars Arena.
SEATING
- Accessible seating is available at every price point in the venue and can be purchased through all announced ticket sales locations, based on availability.
- Additional companion seating may be purchased based on availability by calling 313-471-7929.
- Guests at the venue who need to be relocated can visit the XFINITY Box Office across from PORTAL 5 for assistance.
- If a guest requires accommodation or accessible seating after the purchase of regular seats, please call 313-471-7929.
- All entrances are accessible.
SERVICE ANIMALS
- The only animals allowed inside Little Caesars Arena are those serving as a guide, signal or service animal to aid guests with disabilities. Guests escorted by service animals may not take up any additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat.
SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETERS

- Guests experiencing challenges with their tickets should visit one of our guest service offices across from PORTALS 10, 20, and 67.
QUIET SPACES
- Guests who need a quieter environment can visit our KultureCity sensory room located on the upper concourse, across from PORTAL 66, next to First Aid. The sensory room will be open for all events taking place at Little Caesars Arena.
WHEELCHAIRS
- Wheelchairs are available at each entrance for transportation to and from seating areas. Just ask any colleague for assistance upon entry and they will be happy to help you.
- Wheelchairs are not available for individual use during events. Guests may be asked to wait during busy times until one becomes available to transport them either to their seats or back to the doors.
- In a medical emergency requiring wheelchair service, contact the nearest colleague.
- Guests are permitted to bring their own wheelchairs and powered mobility devices.
- Guests transferring from a personal wheelchair to an arena seat, can have their wheelchair sorted and return it when needed.
Bag Policy
- BAGS LARGER THAN 4” X 6” X 1.5” INCLUDING BAGS ASSOCIATED WITH LAPTOPS, TABLETS, iPADS, CAMERAS AND BINOCULARS ARE PROHIBITED.
- Single compartment bags, wallets, clutches, fanny packs, and clear bags smaller than 4" x 6" x 1.5" with or without a handle or strap are permitted.
- Diaper bags, parenting bags, medical bags required for dietary or medical necessities smaller than 16" x 16" x 8" are permitted.
Box Office
The XFINITY Box Office at Little Caesars Arena is located along Woodward Avenue, right next to the Chevrolet Entry (Northeast side) of the arena. If you’re walking up Woodward, look for the Chevrolet Entry signage and you’ll see the box office just steps away.

TICKET LIMIT POLICY
The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased for a Red Wings Game through Ticketmaster.com or in person is restricted to 8 tickets per game.
MOBILE TICKETS
Entry into arena requires a mobile ticket. Guests are strongly encouraged to save their tickets in their mobile wallets.

I only carry cash; how will I pay for items at the venue?
All points of sale at Little Caesars Arena require cashless payment methods. Guests can conveniently convert their cash to a prepaid debit card with no fees or extra charges at a Reverse-ATM located by Portals 9 & 58 on the concourse. After inserting cash into the kiosk, the dispensed card will hold the same exact value as the cash that is inserted. The prepaid debit card can be used to make a purchase at the venue and at any location that accepts prepaid debit cards.
