CFKF to host second online 50/50 raffle

Vancouver, B.C. - The Canucks for Kids Fund announced today that they will be hosting their second online 50/50 raffle for COVID-19 support efforts. The jackpot will include $42,080 from unclaimed jackpots from 2019.20 pre-season games. The raffle will run from Saturday, May 23rd at 12:00 noon until Saturday, May 30th at 9:00pm. Tickets will be available online at canucks.com/online5050.

The first online 50/50 raffle generated $248,848 for organizations supporting community nourishment, mental health, and children's support programming.

This second raffle will benefit the Canucks' Community Meal Program established to provide 3,500 meals per week to the Salvation Army and the Strathcona Community Centre in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside. Funds will also support the Canucks Autism Network, BC Children's Hospital Foundation and Canuck Place Children's Hospice during this coronavirus pandemic.

The prize is 50 per cent of the total jackpot amount. The winning ticket number will be posted online at Canucks.com/online5050 shortly after the draw on May 30.
