KEY FACTS:
• Arizona is 8-2-1 since Feb. 8 and earned 17 points during that span. Only four other NHL teams have earned more points since that date.
• The Coyotes are 1-1-1 vs. Edmonton this season, but 28-6-5 in their last 39 games against the Oilers.
• Jordan Martinook will enter the game with a two-game goal-scoring streak after netting the game-winner vs. Ottawa on Saturday, and a lengthy empty-net goal off the boards vs Minnesota on Thursday.
• Oliver Ekman-Larsson, who ended a 16-game goal-scoring drought on Saturday, has produced more points (25) vs. the Oilers than any other NHL team. He's notched 10 goals and 15 assists in 31 career games.
• Alex Goligoski, who ranks tied for fourth on the Coyotes with 30 points and first with 112 blocked shots, did not accompany the team to Edmonton on Sunday because his wife is expecting their second child at any moment. He will rejoin the team soon after the baby is born. Luke Schenn, who has been a healthy scratch the past 11 games, will replace Goligoski in the lineup. Meanwhile, Arizona recalled Andrew Campbell from the American Hockey League on Sunday to provide depth on defense.

• The Coyotes rank third in the NHL in penalty killing on the road with an 83.3 percent success rate.
• Per Elias Sports, Derek Stepan is one of just 16 NHLers to have currently recorded 40 points or more in eight consecutive seasons.
• Zac Rinaldo, who is nursing an injury, did not accompany the Coyotes to Edmonton nor is he expected to join the team on this trip. Thus, look for Laurent Dauphin to get into the lineup at some point, perhaps as soon as Monday.
• Edmonton has lost three consecutive games after winning three games in a row and four of five. The Oilers have won just 13 of 32 home games this season. Connor McDavid ranks tied for second in the NHL with 79 points, trailing only Tampa Bay's Nikita Kucherov (85). McDavid has scored a goal in three straight games and has notched eight points (three goals, five assists) in the past four games. Milan Lucic has not scored a goal since Dec. 23, a span of 28 games. Cam Talbot has allowed 11 goals while losing each of his past three starts. The Oilers have allowed a goal on their opponent's first shot of the game 13 times.
