Antti Raanta will start in net on Tuesday, a day after the NHL named him its Second Star of the Week for the second time this season. Raanta posted a 3-0-0 record and a 1.00 goals-against average last week, including a 34-save shutout vs. St. Louis on Saturday.

Kevin Connauton has scored nine goals since Feb. 1. No other NHL defenseman has scored more goals than Connauton during that time span.

Dylan Strome quietly notched a career-high three points in Arizona's 6-0 win over St. Louis on Saturday. Strome has contributed six points (one goal, five assists) in seven games since being recalled from the American Hockey League on March 20.
Clayton Keller on Sunday became the first player in Coyotes history to win multiple NHL Rookie of the Month awards. The League honored him as its top freshman for March after he produced 19 points (six goals, 13 assists) in 17 games. Keller also was the NHL Rookie of the Month for October. He enters the final week of the season still leading the team in goals (23) and points (63).
Luke Schenn is averaging six hits per game over the past five games, and ranks 16th in the NHL with 210 hits, despite playing just 61 games.
Christian Dvorak did not travel with the Coyotes on this two-game trip to Calgary and Vancouver because of a lower-body injury.
• Calgary has lost three of its past four games, and is 2-8-0 in its past 10. The Flames have won just 16 of 39 home games this season. Johnny Gaudreau leads the team and ranks 15th in the NHL with 82 points. Sean Monahan and Matthew Tkachuk, who rank second and third on the team in points, respectively, are sidelined because of injuries. Mark Jankowski has scored three of his 13 goals this season vs. Arizona. Rookie goalie Jon Gillies will make his seventh start of the season. He's 2-3-1 with a 3.10 goals-against average and a .893 save percentage this season.

COYOTE BITES
• "They don't like us and we don't like them so it's safe to say that it's fun to play these games. They play a physical game and they have some skilled players, too, so it's always good games against them, and I think it will be a good game tonight." -- Oliver Ekman-Larsson on Flames
• "When you get a couple wins, you get the confidence going. We just try to work hard and have fun and get wins. That's been our mindset the last three months … There's been lots of tight games and we've been able to turn those in our favor." -- Antti Raanta
• "We're trying to finish strong. We're not calling up six different guys (from the minors) trying to get them in the lineup; we're playing the guys that are healthy. It only gives you traction for next year. I keep telling the players it's (about) habits, and if we continue to have good habits … it really helps your identity for going into next year." -- Rick Tocchet
