At 14:11 of the third period in the Philadephia Flyers/Carolina Hurricanes game, video review determined that Eric Staal's stick was below the height of his shoulders when he deflected the puck before again playing the puck, which then entered the Philadelphia net in a legal fashion. This is not a reviewable play and therefore the referee's call on the ice stands - good goal Carolina.
