The Tampa Bay Lightning start a three-game road trip with a matinee game against the Boston Bruins in Beantown.

SUNDAY'S MATCHUP

The Lightning are playing their second of five matchups against the Bruins this season and first at TD Garden...Boston scored a 4-3 shootout victory in the previous meeting this season between the Bolts and the Bruins (Nov. 3)...The Lightning rallied from a 3-1 deficit but Jimmy Hayes scored in the 10th round of a shootout to give Boston the victory...Tyler Johnson scored a pair of goals in the loss...Tampa Bay went 2-1-1 against Boston in 2015-16 and is 4-2-3 versus the Bruins since the start of the 2014-15 season...The Lightning lost 10 in a row to Boston from 3/27/2012 to 3/12/2015 (going 0-8-2) before breaking through with a 5-3 win on March 22,
