The pair of forwards factored on all four Bolts goals to extend their own personal point streaks to seven games. Stamkos' hot run - 21 points in his last four games - propelled him to the 100-point mark for the first time in his career.
With the win, Tampa Bay extended its winning streak to four games and wraps up the home portion of the schedule with a 27-8-6 record.
The Lightning will now hit the road to close out the regular season with a back-to-back that takes them to Columbus and Long Island.
