TAMPA, Fla. - On Thursday, Nov. 10 at 10:30 p.m., FOX Sports Sun, the regional television home of the Tampa Bay Lightning, will premiere an all-new episode of "Inside the Lightning" upon conclusion of the Lightning vs. New York Islanders game.

"Inside the Lightning: Coop's Catch For Kids" shines a spotlight on Head Coach Jon Cooper and his philanthropic efforts that intertwine with the Lightning's culture of giving back to the community. Touched by cancer in his family, and inspired by his young friend Tony Colton's own battle with the disease, Cooper circled in Bolts players, sponsors and fans for a day of sun and fun on the water to raise money for Pediatric Cancer Research. More than $60,000 was raised and funneled through the V Foundation to Johns Hopkins All-Children's Hospital and the Moffitt Cancer Center.
The show presents an all-access look at the organization as a whole, and the shared commitment from players, ownership and employees to make Tampa Bay a better place. Interviews on the show include Coach Cooper and his wife Jessie, Lightning Owner Jeff Vinik, teammates Brian Boyle, Ryan Callahan, Tyler Johnson and Steven Stamkos, Lightning Foundation Coordinator Sarah Costello, Captain Mike Anderson of ReelAnimals.com, Director of the Adolescent & Young Adult program at Moffitt Cancer Center and Johns Hopkins All-Children's Hospital physician Dr. Damon Reed and ESPN broadcaster Dick Vitale.
