Terms and Conditions
By participating in Re-Cap presented by American Express (the “Promotion”), you agree to abide, and be bound by, these Terms and Conditions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion. Winning a Prize (defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Seattle Hockey Partners LLC (or “SHP”) reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions in their sole discretion, and to modify or terminate the Promotion at any time. American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. (“American Express”) is not the sponsor or administrator of the Promotion.

PROMOTION ADMINISTRATOR AND SPONSOR
The Promotion is administered and sponsored by SHP, located at 10601 5th Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98125.
PRIZE; HOW TO ENTER
The Promotion starts October 9, 2025 and applies to each Seattle Kraken home game during the 2025-26 NHL regular season, ending April 13, 2026. If a Seattle Kraken player has a hat trick (scores three (3) or more goals) during a home game (each, a “Hat Trick Game”), eligible fans in attendance will have the opportunity to win a hat (the “Prize”), while supplies last. Estimated retail value of each Prize is $40.
To enter, follow the instructions displayed on the videoboards at Climate Pledge Arena (the “Arena”) during a Hat Trick Game, which will include texting a keyword to 56314, completing an order form (“Form”) that will be linked in the text message response you receive and agreeing to SHP and the Arena’s Texting Terms and Conditions, if needed. Standard messaging and data rates apply. The Form will only remain open for a limited time after each Hat Trick Game as determined by SHP in each instance, while supplies last. Prizes will be awarded based on the order completed Forms are received. A minimum of 5,000 Prizes are available for each Hat Trick Game. Completing the Form does not guarantee you will be awarded a Prize. Limit one (1) Prize per game, per person. By completing the Form, you certify that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of either the United States, excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories and possessions, or of Canada, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Each Prize will be sent to the mailing address provided in the Form and fulfilled by SHP’s third-party designee. Mailing address must be in the United States or Canada.
PRIZE CONDITIONS
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. SHP reserves the right to (i) substitute prizes of equal or greater value, (ii) implement policies and procedures as may be necessary for enforcement of these Terms and Conditions and (iii) disqualify any individual deemed to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the Promotion; or (b) acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Released Parties (as defined below) assume no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, email, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize, or in any Promotion-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the website. No substitutions or transfers or cash equivalents of prizes are permitted, except at SHP’s sole discretion. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prize will be mailed to the address provided on the Form. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. All federal, state and local taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. All Prize details are at SHP’s sole discretion.
In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any promotional materials relating to the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail and govern.
INDEMNIFICATION; RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Each participant agrees to indemnify, defend, discharge, release, forever acquit, and hold SHP, the Arena, American Express, and each of their affiliated entities (including third-party partners) and advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, employees, representatives, agents and contractors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) harmless against any and all demands, claims, actions, or proceedings of any kind, and from any and all injuries, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses related to or arising out of the participation in the Promotion, any Prize awarded, or any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties, representations, or agreements of participants hereto.
By participating in the Promotion, you fully and unconditionally release the Released Parties from (1) all claims for liability arising from or related to your participation in the Promotion and (2) all claims related to a participant’s acceptance, receipt, possession, loss and/or misuse of any entry or Prize.
In the event SHP is unable to continue the Promotion or to honor any Prize due to any event beyond its control, including but not limited to technological errors, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil unrest, terrorist threat or act, war (declared or undeclared), or any local, state, or federal law, order, or regulation, then subject to any governmental approval that may be required, SHP reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend or terminate the Promotion.
DATA PRIVACY
Private or personally identifying information collected in connection with the Promotion may be retained by SHP and the Arena, sold, shared with business partners and/or affiliates, and/or used for marketing purposes. By participating in the Promotion, you consent to SHP and the Arena’s collection and use of your personal information as described in our privacy policy available here: https://www.nhl.com/kraken/info/privacy.
DISPUTES
The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington. As a condition of participating in the Promotion, participants agree that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS and conducted in Seattle, Washington before a sole arbitrator in accordance with the rules of JAMS.
