Logan Thompson made 22 saves for his first NHL shutout as the Vegas Golden Knights (37-28-4) blanked the Seattle Kraken (21-40-6), 3-0, on Wednesday night at Climate Pledge Arena.

HOW IT WENT DOWN
After a scoreless first period, Shea Theodore exited the penalty box and took a breakaway pass that he tucked under the crossbar to put Vegas ahead, 1-0. Michael Amadio doubled the edge to 2-0 before Jonathan Marchessault's empty-net goal sealed the 3-0 win.
TOP PERFORMERS
Logan Thompson: Thompson posted seven saves in the first period, nine saves in the second period and six saves in the third period for the 22-save shutout.
Jonathan Marchessault: Marchessault notched two points (1G, 1A) for the third game in a row.
Michael Amadio: Amadio added to his career-high in goals with his eighth of the season.
Shea Theodore:Theodore's breakaway goal in the second period stood as the game-winner.
