Bob

ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED!? 19 days left, 10 more games and seven points up on the "first-team out" position. The playoff push is peaking and so are the Blue Jackets.
Don't look now, but the CBJ have the second best record over the last 10 games (chill out Nashville).
WE'RE GOING STREAKING!
At 8-2-0 in the last 10 and seven straight wins -- the boys in union blue are climbing the Metro standings and now sit just two points behind the Flyers for third in the division with one extra game-in-hand.

You better believe the league took notice.

This close to the end of the season every win matters, but the sixth win may have been the most important on the streak thus far. Kirk Herbstreit took to Twitter to congratulate his hometown team after the win over the Flyers.

Cam Hatkinson
The Flyers are always tough, but Cam Atkinson was tougher on Thursday night.

13 scored not one…

Not two…

But three goals in the 5-3 win.

Behind the Battle: Seth Jones
Episode 7 of Behind the Battle highlighted the CBJ defender who has stepped into a leadership role much earlier than he expected in his NHL career.

What does he have to show for the extra effort? Jones is currently second on the team in points, assists and is T-3rd among defenseman in the league at 14 goals.

Bad News Bob
In Sunday's win over Ottawa, Bob was knocked over by a Senator crashing the net causing Bob's helmet to fly off. Thankfully, he is okay. More thankfully, the resulting photo was everything a digital department could ever hope for.
We had a little fun with it in reference to UMBC's win over Virginia in the first round of March Madness.

Bobrovsky showed his fun side as well, referencing the rapidly approaching end of the regular season.
Currently debating whether or not to post it again, saying; "When you realize there are 10 games left but your Insta caption says 9…" Thoughts?
Wingers' well wishes
The USA Paralympic Sled Hockey team faced off with Canada for a chance at its third consecutive gold medal. Prior to the game, one CBJ winger sent out good luck wishes.
USA was able to defeat Canada 2-1 and win the gold, but we aren't convinced Milano's tweet had much of an impact on the result.
Another Jacket's winger sent out a good luck tweet this week, and Matt Calvert went one step further. Calvert got the chance to meet the Women's Hockey Team from Assiniboine Community College. The Cougars are from Brandon, Manitoba - Calvert's hometown.

Extensions
It was a good week for contract extensions, as the CBJ inked two-year deals with both Dean Kukan and Nathan Gerbe.

Nice Save Stinger
In his St. Patrick's Day game prep, Stinger made sure to tune down the language in his signage. After all, this is a family-friendly organization.
