Group initial deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to apply the initial deposit to a 2021-22 group outing, it may be applied to 2021-22 single game tickets or carried over into a future purchase. Placing an initial deposit does not guarantee that ticket, game, experience, or hospitality requests will be fulfilled. All orders are subject to availability and will be processed in the order they are received. Chicago Blackhawks group tickets may not be resold without written permission from the Blackhawks. What happens to the Group Initial Payment if my group is unable to attend a game during the 2021-2022 season?
Group Initial Deposits are non-refundable, but money may be applied to a ticket plan or single game tickets during the 2021-2022 season. The paymentt can remain on your account and be applied to a future ticket purchase.
What are the United Center and Chicago Blackhawks doing to address public safety concerns in the arena?
On April 29, the City of Chicago announced it would permit the United Center to welcome fans back to the arena for Chicago Blackhawks and Bulls games at approximately 25% capacity to close out the 2020-21 season. You can learn more about the health & safety policies in place at that time here, but we will continue to work with local officials and public health experts to determine specific protocols and capacities for the 2021-22 season closer to the start of next season.
