Training Camp Festival

Due to weather, the outdoor street festival portion of today's Blackhawks Training Camp Festival will be moved indoors. Most activities will now take place inside the United Center Atrium and along the arena concourse. Because of this change, a ticket will be required for the full event leading into the scrimmage at 11 a.m.

The Blackhawks Training Camp Festival will be held at the United Center on Sunday, Sept. 15. Outside, the street festival (Lot C) will open at 8 a.m. and will include appearances from Blackhawks Alumni, live music and other entertainment for fans of all ages.

The marquee event of the day will allow fans inside the arena to watch a Blackhawks training camp scrimmage at 11 a.m. Gates to the United Center will open at 9 a.m., and the first 10,000 fans to enter the building will receive a Patrick Kane bobblehead. All seating within the United Center will be general admission, and parking for the event will be free.

Festival Highlights:

  • Chris Chelios will be signing autographs from 9-10 a.m. at the Kia Test Drive station in Lot C.
  • Brian Campbell will be coaching an on-ice JuniorHawks hockey practice starting at 9:30 a.m. inside the United Center.
