Regarding Minnesota Wild Tickets for 3/12, 3/15, 3/17, 3/23, 3/26, and 3/28 Canceled Games:

SINGLE GAME TICKET BUYERS

If you purchased individual tickets for any canceled games through Ticketmaster and would like to seek a refund, please contact Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000 or click here.

All tickets purchased through a resale partner (e.g. StubHub, Vivid Seats, Ticket King, etc.) will be subject to the refund policy of the respective ticket marketplace. Please contact their customer service department for more information.

TICKETS PURCHASED AT XCEL ENERGY CENTER BOX OFFICE

Cash sale - email copy of tickets with copy of state issued ID. Email should be sent to wildticketorders@wild.com. Upon receipt, a refund check request will be submitted. Currently checks are being printed and mailed out every two weeks to the address listed on the state issued ID. If email is not an option, then send in the physical tickets with written note, including return mailing address to:

Credit Card sale - email a copy of the tickets, along with name and phone number to  wildticketorders@wild.com. Once confirmation of sale is confirmed in daily records a Box Office staff member will reach out to collect the credit card number and issue the refund. If email is not an option, please send in the physical tickets with written note including name & contact info to:
