SAINT PAUL, Minn. – Minnesota Wild President of Hockey Operations and General Manager Bill Guerin today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has named Ray Sylvester Video Coach.
Sylvester is in his third season in the Wild organization, having previously served as Video Coach for the Iowa Wild in the American Hockey League (AHL) for two seasons (2023-25). In Minnesota, he will work closely with Video Coach Jonas Plumb and oversee the organizing of the team’s video requirements during the season. Prior to joining the Wild organization, Sylvester worked as a Video Coach for the Sioux Falls Stampede in the United States Hockey League (USHL) during the 2022-23 season. Sylvester also served as Video Coach for the Charlotte Rush Junior Hockey team of the United States Premier Hockey League (USPHL) for two seasons (2020-2022) and was an Analytics Consultant and Video Coach for the Robert Morris University Men’s Hockey team while he attended the school.
