The Second Annual Wild on the Water Bass Fishing Tournament presented by Alumacraft will take place on Saturday, July 14 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., and feature four teams of six boats each. Each boat will include a Wild or NHL celebrity, a fishing guide and a paid participant. All fishing tournament participants are required to have a valid Minnesota fishing license.
The registration fee for participating in the tournament is $3,000 to fish on one of the four captain's boats and $1,500 for the remaining 20 boats and includes four hours of fishing on July 14, a gift package featuring fishing gear and Wild apparel, and four tickets to a VIP event that will take place at Izatys Resort on Friday, July 13. The top three fishing boats will receive additional prizes.
A VIP event will also be held on Friday, July 13 from 8 to 10 p.m. at Izatys Resort. The event will include a cocktail hour, heavy appetizers, a silent and live auction, and the opportunity to meet current and former Minnesota Wild players and coaches, other NHL celebrities, and outdoor personalities.
Fans can also attend the free Bash on the Beach event on July 14 from noon to 3 p.m. at Izatys Resort. This fun, outdoor event will feature an opportunity to get autographs, photos and participate in interactive games with celebrities, and watch the fishing tournament final weigh-in. Food and drinks will also be available for purchase.

The Minnesota Wild's first annual Wild on the Water Fishing Tournament presented by Radco and Mic Golden Light, held July 14th-15th, 2017 at Izaty's Resort on Mille Lacs Lake, raised $30,000 for charity. Guests enjoyed an intimate VIP event on Friday night including a cocktail hour, heavy appetizers, a silent and live auction, and the opportunity to meet current and former Minnesota Wild players and coaches and outdoor personalities; followed by a full day of bass fishing and competition on Saturday. Also featured was a Bash on the Beach that included local vendors, food and activities for local patrons and Wild fans.
