During the 2024-2025 season, the Minnesota Wild celebrated the sixth year of its employee volunteer program, Heart of the Wild. In support of creating a greater State of Hockey and in alignment with the organization’s Service First philosophy, all eligible employees participated in a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year. These opportunities aligned with the Wild’s community initiatives and included youth hockey, medical support, military appreciation, education, underserved children and families, environmental stewardship, animal rescue, and diversity and inclusion.
