Ovechkin spotted a young Washington Capitals fan wearing his home red No. 8 jersey in a sea of red Calgary Flames gear on Saturday.
The reward for rocking the sweater in enemy territory? How about a souvenir stick?

The Capitals captain skated over to the kid and tossed the stick he was using right over the glass.
