At 1:16 of the second period in the Coyotes/Oilers game, Edmonton requested a Coach's Challenge to review whether Arizona was off-side prior to Conor Garland's goal.

After NHL Hockey Operations staff reviewed all available replays and consulted with the Linesman, video review confirmed that Arizona's Vinnie Hinostroza tagged up at the blue line before Garland entered the offensive zone. Therefore, the call on the ice was upheld - good goal Arizona Coyotes.
Since the Coach's Challenge did not result in the original call being overturned, the Edmonton Oilers are assessed a minor penalty for delaying the game.
