TAMPA BAY - The Tampa Bay Lightning today announced that the Smash Mouth concert, originally scheduled to take place at the Lightning's 30th Anniversary Season Kickoff on Saturday, October 1, has been rescheduled for Saturday, December 10. The event was originally postponed due to the potential effects of Hurricane Ian.

The concert will take place on Ford Thunder Alley at 3 p.m., prior to the Lightning's 4:30 p.m. divisional matchup against the Florida Panthers, which will feature both teams wearing their 2022-23 Reverse Retro jerseys. The concert will last 30 minutes before doors open at 3:30 p.m. for the game. The concert is free for fans to attend, but tickets must be purchased in order to enter the arena for the game.
Smash Mouth, whose 1997 major label debut "Fush Yu Mang" went double platinum and set the table for what most consider their masterpiece, 1999's follow-up "Astrolounge", which boasts three top-10 hits with "All-Star", "Then The Morning Comes" and "Can't Get Enough Of You Baby".
