Lightning launch new line of player designed hats and shirts

TAMPA BAY - The Tampa Bay Lightning are launching a new line of player-designed hats and shirts beginning today which will be sold exclusively at Tampa Bay Sports. Lightning players Victor Hedman, Brayden Point, Ryan McDonagh and Anthony Cirelli teamed up with '47 to create a limited-edition collection of hats and t-shirts.

Earlier this season, '47 helped the four Lightning players design their own merchandise with the assistance of two designers. $10 of every hat and t-shirt sold will benefit a local charity of the players choice: Brayden Point (Special Olympics Florida), Ryan McDonagh (Shriners Hospitals for Children), Anthony Cirelli (The Ryan Callahan Foundation) and Victor Hedman (The Humane Society of Tampa). Hats are limited-edition to 1,000 plus the player's jersey number (for example, there will be 1,077 Victor Hedman designed hats). Fans interested in purchasing the hats or t-shirts can do so by visiting Tampa Bay Sports at either AMALIE Arena or International Plaza.
