How long will the suspension last?
The 2019-20 NHL season is on a pause and no games have been cancelled. The Lightning will not be playing games until the NHL, along with government and health officials, decide that the timing is right to return to the ice.

I purchased tickets for an upcoming Lightning game. What do I do?
All remaining Tampa Bay Lightning regular season games are currently postponed and the rescheduled dates are pending. Your ticket(s) for any previously scheduled games will be valid for the rescheduled game date upon announcement by the NHL. If you purchased individual tickets for any upcoming games through Ticketmaster and have further questions, please contact Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000 or

What if I purchased tickets through a resale site?
Tickets purchased from a secondary reseller (StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, etc.) are subject to the policies of that ticket marketplace. Fans are encouraged to contact the ticket marketplace's customer service department for additional information.

How does the suspension affect Season Ticket Members?
STM tickets for home games missed due to the suspension of the 2019-20 season will be good for the potential future date as rescheduled by the NHL.The first auto-renewal payment for the 2020-21 season will be delayed until April 15, 2020. Season Ticket Members can connect with their Lightning Account Executive via email for any questions regarding their season ticket membership.
Will AMALIE Arena still host events during the NHL pause?
All Vinik Sports Group facilities (Yuengling Center, The Hub and AMALIE Arena) along with the ReliaQuest Ticket Office and Tampa Bay Sports retail locations will remain closed until April 13.
What are ways for me to get my Lightning hockey fix during the hiatus?
