Appearance Request

The Winnipeg Jets Alumni & Friends are dedicated to serving the community through a variety of initiatives. We are proud to support organizations and groups who help make a positive impact on those living in Winnipeg, and throughout the province of Manitoba.

We will make an effort to accommodate as many appearance requests as possible, however please keep in mind that Alumni availability may be limited. If you are interested in having one or more of our members participate in your event, please complete the appearance request form below.

*If you are also requesting a donation item for your event, it will need to be submitted separately for proper handling. Visit the Donation Requests page to request an item.

Note: Every request will be given fair and individual consideration. As part of our scheduling and selection process, you will only be contacted if we are able to accommodate your appearance request or if we require further information. Please fill out this form in its entirety and be aware that completion of this form does not guarantee an appearance.
