Step 1:

Open or download the Blues App. Download on the App Store or Google Play.

Step 2:

On the bottom navigation, select 'Arena', and then select 'Blues Pay'.

Step 3:

Click 'My Badge' that will show you what discount level you have.

Here you will see what discount level you have.

Step 1:

To use your discount at a concession stand tell the cashier that you are checking out using Blues Pay.

Close 'My Badge' and reopen 'Blues Pay'. Then click 'Food and Drinks Blues Pay'.

Step 2:

When you open 'Food and Drinks Blues Pay' this will pull up a camera. You will scan the QR code on the cashier's screen to complete the payment. This will automatically deduct your discount.

Step 3:

Your discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

Step 1:

At a 'Grab & Go' location or the team store go to 'Arena', click 'Blues Pay' and then click 'Grab & Go and STL Authentics'.

Step 2:

A QR code will populate on your screen that you will scan at the 'Grab & Go' or the cashier will scan from the point of sale – this will automatically deduct your discount.

This QR code changes every minute so do not screenshot and save the QR code, it will not work.

Step 3:

Your discount will be automatically applied at checkout.
