CBJ Rewards is an exclusive Season Ticket Holder renewal benefit for full-season ticket holders. This benefit provides eligible full Season Ticket Holders who renewed and PAY IN FULL by the established deadline for each season (April 1, 2024), the opportunity to earn CBJ Rewards redeemable for food, beverages, and merchandise at Nationwide Arena.

For your health and safety, physical cards have been replaced by a contactless mobile system. All funds that have been earned through CBJ Rewards will be loaded to a digital account. You will redeem your CBJ Rewards at the Blueline Store or concession stands by scanning your digital card through your mobile device.

How to access your CBJ Rewards account:

Existing CBJ Rewards users - Sign in to BlueJackets.com/MyRewards with your CBJ Reward account email address & password. If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link so that a temporary one may be emailed to you.

New CBJ Rewards users - Click the "Create one" link to create your CBJ Rewards Account.

How to check your CBJ Rewards account balances

Existing CBJ Rewards users - Once logged in, you can click "Check Balance" to see the current balance on your digital CBJ Rewards account.

New CBJ Rewards users - If you are registering a new CBJ Rewards digital card, click "Add a Card" and enter your 21-digit account number. (This number should have been provided to you in the e-mail you received from the Blue Jackets).

Past Transactions - to review transactions from your account, click "View Recent Account Transactions."

How to use your CBJ Rewards Digital Card

For the fastest access and use, please add your CBJ Rewards digital card to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay through the Manage Accounts screen. From your mobile device, you may also click on "Mobile Pay" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen to display a temporary barcode to be presented at the concession stands. (Please note, for security purposes, the Mobile Pay barcode is refreshed every 5 minutes in the app. A screenshot of the Mobile barcode will not be valid to complete a purchase.)
