Why am I not seeing any products when I login to my Blackhawks Classics portal?
If you can't see any products after logging into your Blackhawks Classics portal, it may be because we don't have a record of you scanning into a Blackhawks game this season using tickets on your Ticketmaster account. This could be due to the following reasons:
1. You used a different Ticketmaster account to login. Please go to Ticketmaster.com, logout and try again from the link on this page with the correct account.
2. You transferred that game's ticket to a friend or family member who attended the game. In that case, they will need to purchase the commemorative items on your behalf.
3. If you've recently arrived at the game, please note that our system has a slight delay and it may take an hour or two for your scans to appear. Please check back shortly for your products to become available!

Why do I only see certain games when I login to my Blackhawks Classics portal?
Blackhawks Classics is a first-of-its-kind program that is only available to attendees of each individual game! Therefore, only the games you personally attended will show up in your portal. If you're not seeing the games you expect, please ensure that you are logged in with the Ticketmaster account used to scan into the desired event. If you transferred your ticket to a friend or family member, they'll need to help you access the portal!

Are Blackhawks Classics products shipped internationally?
We currently only offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship our products to international locations at this time.
How long will products from my game be available?
All products are limited edition and available for a limited time. Don't miss out – get yours today because once they're gone, they're gone.
Why can't I access the AR technology on my commemorative ticket?
Currently, the only commemorative tickets that are AR activated are from games that have been deemed a Blackhawks Classic. The full list of this season's Blackhawks Classics games can be found above.
