Little Ducks

The Little Ducks program was developed as part of the National Hockey League's Learn to Play Hockey initiative, in a joint effort with the NHL Players' Association to offer more families a chance to experience everything that makes youth hockey so rewarding.

The Little Ducks program is a paid, six-week program that provides experienced skaters with a set of equipment, on-ice sessions with professional coaching staffs and guest appearances from Anaheim Ducks alumni.

Important Notes:

  • The Anaheim Ducks strongly suggest that participants have the basic skating skills down before taking part in the Little Ducks program.
  • This program is for first time players only! Children with any previous hockey league or program experience are not permitted to take part in this program.
  • A USA Hockey membership is required to take part in this program. You can register for a USA Hockey membership here.
