Martin Brodeur

Martin Brodeur is the most decorated member of the New Jersey Devils, especially when it comes to NHL Awards accomplishments. Brodeur began his 21-year career with rookie of the year honors winning the Calder Memorial Trophy in 1994 as a member of the New Jersey Devils. In his rookie season, Brodeur played in 47 games, winning 27 with 11 losses and 8 ties (yes, there were ties back then!) and boasting a .915 save percentage.
Only three short years later, Brodeur would earn the William M. Jennings Trophy alongside his goaltending partner Mike Dunham for best goals against average which sat at an enviable 1.88. The duo would win it again during the 1997-98 season.
Brodeur's accolades would continue to make waves across the league, winning the William M. Jennings Trophy three more times on his own, including the 2002-03 season where he played 73 games and backstopped the Devils to 41 wins with a .914 save percentage.
The Hall of Fame goaltender is also the proud owner of four Vezina Trophy's for the league's top goaltender. Brodeur won the award for the first time after the 2003 season when he played in 73 games with a 41-23-9 record and a .914 save percentage, a 2.02 goals against average and nine shutouts. Brodeur would win the award again the following season, with a 38-26-11 record in 75 games.
Over the course of his 21-year career, Brodeur would not only win three Stanley Cups with the Devils but also received four Vezina Trophies, a Calder Trophy and won the Jennings Trophy five times.

Scott Niedermayer

The former New Jersey Devils captain was awarded the highest honor bestowed to an NHL defenseman after the 2003-04 NHL season.
Niedermayer was awarded the James Norris Trophy, handed out to the league's "defense player who demonstrates throughout the season the greatest all-round ability in the position," aka: the league's best defenseman.
During the 2003-04 season, Niedermayer was averaging 25:56 a night on the ice and played in 81 of the teams 82 games that regular season. Niedermayer played 2100 minutes throughout the season, where he tallied in 14 goals and 40 assists for 54 points. Not too shabby for a defenseman.
Niedermayer would later win his second Norris Trophy with the Anaheim Ducks after the 2006-07 season.
He remains the only New Jersey Devil to have ever won the Norris Trophy.

Scott Gomez

Scott Gomez is the only other former New Jersey Devil to win the Calder Trophy besides Martin Brodeur. As the league's top rookie after the 1999-00 season, Gomez had a remarkable 70 points in 82 games as a first-year player and added 10 points in the postseason, helping the Devils win their second Stanley Cup.

Ken Daneyko

Gomez would not be the only member of the Devils to win a major trophy at the 2000 NHL Awards as teammate Ken Daneyko was awarded the Bill Masterton Award, given by the Professional Hockey Writers' Association to the player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey. Daneyko had just completed his 17th season with the Devils when he was awarded the Masterton. Nicknamed Mr. Devil, Daneyko voluntarily entered a substance abuse program in November 1998 and would return to the game of hockey the following season.

John Madden

Former Devils forward John Madden remains the only player in New Jersey Devils history to receive the honor of the Selke Trophy. The Selke is given to "the forward who best excels in the defensive aspects of the game." Madden received the honor after the 2000-01 season, where he accumulated 23 goals, 15 assists for 38 points in 80 games played. All while recording a +25 rating and taking just 12 penalty minutes all season long.
