VANCOUVER, B.C. -The Vancouver Canucks are pleased to once again attend the Sports Celebrities Festival presented by Silver Wheaton on Monday, November 21st in support of the Canucks for Kids Fund and Special Olympics BC. This annual gala has raised more than $4 million to support the life-changing programs of these two worthy causes.

The Sports Celebrities Festival will feature Special Olympics athletes along with Vancouver Canucks players, coaches, management and alumni, Canadian Olympic and Paralympic athletes and celebrities from the BC Lions and Vancouver Whitecaps FC.
Prior to the dinner, Canucks players will participate in photo booth sessions and fan-interactive games and activities. The evening will also feature a large silent and live auction with unique Canucks-related experiences, such as an opportunity to have a child caddy for a Canuck player at the next team golf tournament, sports memorabilia including an autographed Team North America World Cup of Hockey jersey, memorable getaways and incredible food and beverage packages.
