What happens to my existing tickets for 2019.20 regular season games that will not be played?

The NHL announced that the 2019.20 regular season has officially come to completion. A total of six Canucks regular season home games were unplayed and for those that held a ticket(s) for one (or more) of those dates, there are now two options available.

OPTION 1: Ticket Credit
Receive a credit to your Canucks Account that can be used to purchase tickets for 2020.21 Canucks regular season home games.

OPTION 2: Refund
Receive a refund to your original method of payment.

In the event you do not take action on your credit, you will automatically be refunded within 30 days. If you have any questions, please contact Ticketmaster directly.

\For tickets purchased through the Canucks Membership Sales Department (Groups, Mini-Packs, etc.) please contact your Canucks representative or email us at [email protected].*

When will we have an update from the NHL about games being re-scheduled?

The NHL announced a Return To Play plan, divided into four phases. Phase 2 began on June 8. There are some final details and dates to be determined for Phase 3 and 4.

I purchased my tickets through a resale site. Whom should I contact for information?

All tickets purchased through a resale site will be subject to the refund policy of that ticket operation. Please contact the customer service department at your point of purchase.

What is happening at 7pm?

Some of our Canucks players and alumni have encouraged fans and minor hockey players to tap their sticks at 7pm each night to honour the health care workers dealing with COVID-19. We want to lend our support in our own unique "Canadian/Canuck" way to the growing 7pm movement around the world, and now happening here locally.
