MONTREAL – The Canadiens were shut out 4-0 by the Minnesota Wild at the Bell Centre on Thursday.

Roster 

Rafaël Harvey-Pinard, who was recalled from the Laval Rocket on January 25, played his first game of the season. As a result, Michael Pezzetta was a healthy scratch.

Au revoir, Marc-André Fleury

Tonight’s game was likely Fleury’s last in his hometown. The legendary Quebec goalie received a loud standing ovation from the crowd during a TV timeout in the third period and shook hands with Habs players once all was said and done.

The Canadiens will hit the road for their annual California trip and return home for a pair of afternoon games on February 8 and 9 against the New Jersey Devils and Tampa Bay Lightning, respectively.
