Can I relocate my seats to a different price level?

You may relocate to seats of equal or higher value.

If I relocate my seats to a higher price point, when will I be invoiced for the difference?

If the new location you select is a higher price than your current location, your new invoice will reflect on the payment screen with your updated seat location. You will have the option to either pay the difference at once or roll what is owed into the remaining months on one of our no-interest payment plans.

I am a current Flex Plan Season Ticket Holder. What are my options?
  1. You can keep everything on your account the same by doing nothing.

  3. You can move your current ticket plan from a Flex Plan to a Set Plan. As a Flex Plan, you can customize your schedule of games for the 2024-25 season. If you shifted your Flex Plan to a Set Plan, you would guarantee the same seat for all assigned games listed in your ticket package during the 2024-25 season – for the same price. 

Any account that changes from a Flex plan to a Set plan, upgrades their ticket plan, or adds seats to their account for next season during the online relocation period will receive $50 per seat in STH Fan Bucks to use during the 2024-25 Season. STH Fan Bucks can be used to purchase food, beverages or merchandise in the team stores.

Will I be able to add seats to my season ticket account for 2024?

Yes, you can add seats during the 2024 Online Season Ticket Holder Seat Relocation Event by selecting from the available seat locations on the map.

There is a set of three seats together, but I only want two seats. Can I move into that location?

No. You cannot leave a single seat open.

Will I be able to upgrade my season ticket plan to a larger season ticket plan?

Yes, Season Ticket Holders with Half or Quarter ticket plans can review Full and Half season ticket plan locations available during their Online Ticket Holder Seat Relocation appointment time. An upgrade is either an increase in plan size (Quarter to Half or Full) (Half to Full) or when a STH relocates their seats from the Upper Bowl to the Lower Bowl/Club Level.

Any account that switches from a Flex plan to a Set plan, upgrades their ticket plan or adds seats to their account for next season during the online relocation period will receive $50 per seat in STH Fan Bucks to use during the 2024-25 Season. STH Fan Bucks can be used to purchase food, beverage or merchandise in the team stores.

Can I relocate my seats more than once?

You may log in as many times as you would like until you have relocated one or more of your seats. Your access will remain active beginning with your specific relocation time through Thursday, May 9 at 11:59 p.m. EST. Once you complete the checkout process, even if only for a portion of the seats in your plan, you will not be able to log in to the relocation program again and your original seat location(s) will be made available to other Season Ticket Holders.

After I have completed the relocation process, can I change my mind and get my old seats back?

Once you have selected your new seats and completed the checkout process your original seats will be made available to other Season Ticket Holders.

After reviewing the options, I decided not to relocate. How do I keep my current seats?

No action is required to keep your current seats. If you do not find a desired seating location using our interactive map, exit the browser and your current seats will remain secure.

Which browser is recommended for the Online Season Ticket Holder Seat Relocation Event?

This site is compatible with all internet browsers, but Chrome and Firefox are recommended.

What devices can I use to view and participate in the Online Season Ticket Holder Seat Relocation Event?

This site is compatible with the following devices:

  • Desktops/Laptops (e.g., Mac and PC): RECOMMENDED DEVICE 
  • Tablets (e.g., iPad): must go through internet browser, not Blue Jackets App 
  • Smartphones (e.g., iPhone and Android): must go through internet browser, not Blue Jackets App”
What is the Diamond Cellar Club?

The all-inclusive Diamond Cellar Club will debut for the 2024-25 season in and behind Sections C1-C6 and will include:

  • Unlimited food, beer and wine
  • One (1) Arena Garage parking pass (with a minimum of two seats on an account)
  • Dedicated Restrooms
  • And more.
Can I relocate into the Diamond Cellar Club?

Yes, Season Ticket Holders will have the opportunity to relocate to our new all-inclusive Diamond Cellar Club.

If I relocate to sections C7-C13, do I have access to the Diamond Cellar Club?

The Diamond Cellar Club is only available to Season Ticket Holders in sections C1-C6.

Can I relocate my Flex Plan to the Diamond Cellar Club?

You do have the option to relocate to the Diamond Cellar Club, however, Flex Plans will not be offered in this area – only Set Plans, which will give you the same seats for every game assigned to your account.
