What are CBJ Rewards?
CBJ Rewards is an exclusive Season Ticket Holder renewal benefit for full-season ticket holders. This benefit provides eligible full Season Ticket Holders who renewed and PAY IN FULL by the established deadline for each season (April 1, 2024), the opportunity to earn CBJ Rewards redeemable for food, beverages, and merchandise at Nationwide Arena.
How do I use my CBJ Rewards?
Access your CBJ Rewards account HERE from your mobile device.
Click on Mobile Pay and select the account you wish to use. For security reasons, the mobile pay barcode expires after five minutes. You may need to click on refresh barcode when you get to the front of the line.
It is recommended to add your CBJ Rewards card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from the My Account page as you no longer need to access the STH Fan Bucks/Rewards page and these barcodes do not expire after five minutes (Screenshots of this barcode will not work). When paying from your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, simply access your Wallet from your mobile device and select the Rewards Card to pay.
When is the deadline to be eligible to receive CBJ Rewards for the 2024-25 season?
CBJ Rewards are an exclusive Season Ticket Holder renewal benefit for full season ticket holders. This benefit provides full Season Ticket Holders who renewed and PAY IN FULL by April 1, 2024, the opportunity to earn CBJ Rewards redeemable for food, beverages, and merchandise at Nationwide Arena. Additionally, Season Ticket Holders who have signed up for the Blue Jackets Savings Plan for the 2024-25 season, would be eligible for up to 3% back in CBJ Rewards. Rewards for these account holders will be loaded sometime in mid-September.
When will my digital CBJ Rewards Card be issued?
At the start of each Blue Jackets season, you will be notified by email that your CBJ Rewards are active. Detailed information including your account information and digital card number(s) will be provided. If you are an existing CBJ Rewards account holder, your information will not change from year to year. If you are a new CBJ Rewards account holder, please be sure to REGISTER your digital CBJ Rewards Card as soon as you receive it to be able to check your balance and manage your card. How can I check my CBJ Rewards balance?
To check your CBJ Rewards balance, eligible season ticket holders may sign in to BlueJackets.com/FanBucks and select the 'My Account' section to review the balances or history of any registered account. By accessing the My Account screen, you no longer need to enter your full account number to check your balance.
You can also check your balance by clicking on CHECK BALANCE; however, you will need to enter your full 21-digit account number.
What happens if I have unused rewards after the 2024-25 Season?
Any account with unused funds from the 2024-25 season will expire. Funds do not carry over from year to year. Season Ticket Holders are able to redeem their funds through June 30, 2025.
What can I use my CBJ Rewards for?
You may use your CBJ Rewards Card(s) for merchandise at the Blue Line store at Nationwide Arena or Polaris Fashion Place shopping mall, as well as food and beverage at all permanent arena concession stands at Nationwide Arena. The 15% STH discount for food and beverage would not apply when using CBJ Rewards. For more information on how to save 15% on your food and beverage, please visit STH Fan Bucks.
You may not use your Reward Card at any "pop-up" shops or kiosks that are set up by individual event promoters or for 50/50 raffles.
Can I use my CBJ Rewards at other Nationwide Arena events?
No, CBJ Rewards can only be used for the purchase of food, beverages, and merchandise at Blue Jackets games played at Nationwide Arena.
How do you determine the amount of CBJ Rewards I receive?
The amount of CBJ Rewards you receive is based on a percentage of the value of the full season tickets you purchased for the 2024-25 season and your first season as a full season ticket holder (tenure) as outlined below.
2000 - 2012 Seasons: reward = 4% of 2024-25 season ticket value * 2013 - 2019 Seasons: reward = 3% of 2024-25 season ticket value * 2020 - 2024 Seasons: reward = 2% of 2024-25 season ticket value
*Season ticket holder tenure is subject to consecutive years with a season ticket plan.
If a FULL Season Ticket Holder both paid in full and signed up for the CBJ Savings Plan, your amount in Rewards would be the larger of the two totals, not the sum of both. FULL Season Ticket Holders are not eligible to receive both the Pay in Full Rewards and the CBJ Savings Plan Rewards.
How long are CBJ Rewards valid?
All Blue Jacket Rewards earned for the 2024-25 season will expire on June 30, 2025.
Can I purchase Fan Bucks with my CBJ Rewards?
CBJ Rewards cannot be used toward the purchase of Fan Bucks. CBJ Rewards may be used on food and beverage throughout Nationwide Arena, however the 15% off on food and beverage cannot be applied when using CBJ Rewards.
