Payment Options

CBJ 2025 Payment Options Pay in Full

On March 20, 2025, the card on file will be charged a one-time payment for the 2025-26 season.

Accounts that Pay In Full before April 4 will be eligible for CBJ Rewards, a percentage back to be used on food, beverage, and merchandise.

CBJ 2025 Payment Options Monthly Payments

The account balance is split into (up to) 12 monthly payments and charged equally on or around the 20th of each month until the account has been paid off.

CBJ 2025 Payment Options Summer Payment Plan

The account balance is split into 3 payments (March 20, May 20, and July 21) and is charged equally until the account has been paid off.

Enroll in the multi-year plan and enjoy significant savings for the next three seasons while eliminating the hassle of year-to-year renewals! Your membership will automatically renew on March 20, 2026, & 2027, using the same payment plan and method you currently use.

What is the difference in renewing season tickets into a Multi-Year Plan as opposed to an Annual Plan (season-to-season)?

Multi-Year Plan STHs are committing to season tickets for the next three seasons. With that commitment comes approximately 3% lower pricing per game than a non-Multi-Year STH with the same seating plan (Full/Half/Quarter) in the same seating price area.

When does the season ticket renewal period for the 2025-26 season begin?

The renewal period is open now and will continue through Friday, April 4. Season tickets can be renewed by logging into the My Blue Jackets Account page, contacting your Account Specialist, the Ticket Sales Office at 614-246-3350, via email at [email protected] or by visiting STH Central (near section 111) at any upcoming home game.

When is the deadline to renew and guarantee my seats and pricing for the 2025-26 season?

Friday, April 4 - after this date, any non-renewed account runs the risk of having their seats made available to other STH’s during the annual STH Relocation event.

What are the payment options for season tickets?

PAY IN FULL

With the Pay-In-Full option, the entire account balance is paid in a one-time, lump sum payment, which entitles the Season Ticket Holder to CBJ Rewards if paid in full by April 4th.

SUMMER PAYMENT PLAN

With the Summer Payment Plan, payments are broken down to three (3) equal installments scheduled to run upon renewal, May 20th, & July 21st.

MONTHLY INTEREST-FREE PAYMENT PLAN

With this plan, the first payment will be charged at the time of renewal and all remaining payments (April – February 2026) will be charged on or around the 20th of each month through February 2026. The earlier season tickets are renewed, the more time you have to pay!

Are there advantages to renewing my season tickets early?

12-MONTH PAYMENT PLAN

All Full, Half and Quarter STH’s that renew before the end of March can take advantage of a 12-month interest free payment plan. Payments will be charged monthly, on or around the 20th of each month, through February 2026.

PAY IN FULL BONUS

As a NEW BENEFIT to Half and Quarter STH’s, that Full STH’s currently enjoy, all CBJ STH’s that pay their account in full by April 4, will earn CBJ Rewards, redeemable for food, beverages, and merchandise at Nationwide Arena.

What happens if I missed a payment or my credit card is declined?

An email notification will be sent about the missed/declined payment with instructions to login to yourMy Blue Jackets Account to update payment information.

Can I pay off my tickets early if they are on a payment plan?

Absolutely, Season Ticket Holders are able to pay off their account at any time. Payments can be made by logging into My Blue Jackets Accountpage and selecting Invoice, followed by making the payment. What will happen if I wait to renew until after the deadline?

STH’s run the risk of having their tickets automatically released from their account and having renewed STH’s relocate into their seats during the Seat Relocation Process.

How can Season Ticket Holder’s relocate or upgrade their season ticket location?

The options to relocate or upgrade season ticket locations are currently available. Additional seating locations will be offered during the Seat Relocation Event which begins shortly after completion of the regular season. All renewed STH’s will be notified prior to the event with their assigned date and time to select from available inventory.

Is there a cancellation penalty for breaking the Multi-Year Plan?

Yes, due to the price difference received through the Multi-Year Plan the cancellation fee would be the difference between the cost of the Multi-Year Plan and the Annual Plan rate in the first season of the plan (varies based on plan type/location/amount of seats).

Are Stanley Cup Playoff tickets part of the season ticket holder benefits?

STHs will continue to enjoy priority access to playoff tickets.
