Payment Options

CBJ 2026 Payment Options Pay in Full

On March 20, 2026, your card on file will be charged a one-time payment for the 2026-27 season.

Accounts that Pay In Full before April 4, 2026 will be eligible for CBJ Rewards, a percentage back to be used on food, beverage, and merchandise.

CBJ 2026 Payment Options Monthly Payments

The account balance is split into (up to) 12 monthly payments and charged equally on or around the 20th of each month until the account has been paid off.

CBJ 2026 Payment Options Summer Payment Plan

The account balance is split into 3 payments (March 20, May 20, and July 20, 2026) and is charged equally until the account has been paid off.

Are there advantages to renewing my season tickets early?

All Full, Half and Quarter STHs that renew before March 31, can take advantage of a 12-month interest free payment plan, our longest payment plan. Initial payment must be made by March 31 and payments will be charged monthly, on or around the 20th of each month, through February 2027.

What are the payment options for season tickets?

PAY IN FULL

With the Pay-In-Full option, the entire account balance is paid in a one-time, lump sum payment. STHs that pay in full by the renewal deadline of April 4 are entitled to CBJ Rewards. CBJ Rewards will be loaded onto your account on or around September 15, 2026.

SUMMER PAYMENT PLAN

With the Summer Payment Plan, payments are broken down to three (3) equal installments scheduled to run upon renewal, May 20th, & July 20th.

MONTHLY INTEREST-FREE PAYMENT PLAN

With this plan, the first payment will be charged at the time of renewal and all remaining payments (April – February 2027) will be charged on or around the 20th of each month through February 2027.The earlier you renew your season tickets, the more time to pay!

I am a Multi-Year STH, is there anything I need to do?

No, Multi-Year STH accounts are automatically renewed and your first payment for the 2026-27 season will be charged on March 20 using the same payment information and payment plan you had in the 2025-26 season. Multi-Year STHs are also automatically entered for all STH Renewal Sweepstakes prizes!

Can I relocate or upgrade my season ticket location?

Options to relocate or upgrade season ticket locations can be available by speaking with your Account Specialist.

In addition, seating locations will be offered during the Seat Relocation Event, which begins shortly after completion of the regular season. All renewed STHs will be notified prior to the event with their assigned date and time to select from available inventory. During this event, the best available seats are offered for accounts to choose from based on tenure as a STH. That is why it is so important to renew before the renewal deadline – so that your account is eligible for this process.

An email notification will be sent about the missed/declined payment with instructions to login to your My Blue Jackets Account to update payment information.
