YOUR PHONE IS YOUR TICKET

All guests are required to enter Blackhawks home games at the United Center using a mobile ticket. Be sure to download the Blackhawks mobile app, as no printouts or screenshots will be accepted.

SMALL BAGS ONLY

Guests may enter the arena with a small purse or personal bag up to 10" x 6" x 2" in size. Backpacks are prohibited. Limited exceptions for medical or diaper bags will be allowed.

CASHLESS PAYMENTS ONLY

Don't forget the United Center is a fully cashless arena; cash will not be accepted for food, beverage, and merchandise purchases. Mobile ordering is now also available!

 

YOUR PHONE IS YOUR TICKET! All fans are required to enter Blackhawks home games at the United Center using a mobile ticket. No printouts or screenshots will be accepted at entry gates. 

 

Mobile Tickets can be accessed through the new Chicago Blackhawks mobile app. Season ticketholders and single-game buyers through Ticketmaster can easily purchase, access, manage and scan mobile tickets at the arena through this centralized hub to Blackhawks gameday!

 

You can find full instructions below, but we strongly recommend fans follow these important tips:

  • Complete your app profile and connect your Ticketmaster account prior to gameday 
  • Add your ticket(s) to your phone's digital wallet before arrival to avoid any connectivity issues
  • Transfer each person in your party their own ticket to streamline entry 
  • Don't forget to charge your phone battery before heading to the arena!

 

Get the App & Log In

Download the App

Download the Chicago Blackhawks mobile app in either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Log In or Create an Account

Log in to your Blackhawks app account, or create one and follow the prompts to complete your profile if you are a new user.

Access Your Tickets

Tap "Tickets" on the bottom of the home screen, then select "Manage My Tickets."

If you have suite tickets, please select "Manage My Premium Tickets" instead.

Link Your Ticketmaster Account

Log in to the Blackhawks Account Manager or Ticketmaster account associated with your Blackhawks tickets by following any prompts to allow access.

View Tickets

Tickets in My Events

Once you have linked your Blackhawks Account Manager or Ticketmaster account, tap the game you want to view. If you have purchased a parking pass, you will also see those here.

My Tickets

You will now see each of your tickets. We encourage you to add your ticket(s) to your device's wallet ahead of time to avoid connectivity issues as well as transfer each of your guests their individual ticket for ease of entry.

If you are already at the arena's entry gates, tap "View Barcode" to display your ticket.

Ticket in Wallet OR Ticket w/ Barcode

Present your ticket at the gate to be scanned for entry. If you have multiple tickets, swipe right to scan additional guests in.

If your ticket is in your device's wallet, you will NOT see a barcode. Simply hold your device near the scanner for entry.

If you have not added your ticket to your device's wallet you WILL see a barcode to be scanned upon entry.

Send Tickets

My Tickets

Find the game for which you want to send someone else their ticket.

Within that game ticket screen, tap the "Transfer" button.

Select Seats to Transfer

Select the seats you want to send then tap "Transfer To" at the bottom of the screen.

Transfer To

Select a recipient from your contacts or manually enter your recipient's information to transfer the ticket(s).

Tap "Transfer Ticket(s)" to complete the transfer.

Accept Transfers

Email

If you received the ticket(s) via email, click on "Accept Tickets". We recommend doing this on your smartphone to easily add the tickets to your device's wallet within the same session.

If you received the ticket(s) via text message, click on the link.

Sign In

Sign in to your Blackhawks Account Manager or Ticketmaster account to accept your ticket(s).

Please note: the email address the tickets were sent to must match the email address on your or Blackhawks Account Manager or Ticketmaster account to claim your tickets.

Accept

Click "Accept" to complete receipt of the transfer, then add your ticket(s) to your device's wallet ahead of time to avoid connectivity issues.

You can also view your tickets and/or retrieve them at a later date in the Chicago Blackhawks mobile app. See instructions above to get the app and view tickets.

Sell Tickets

My Tickets

Find the game for which you want to sell your ticket(s).

Within that game ticket screen, tap the "Sell" button.

Please note that not all tickets are eligible for resale, in which case the "Sell" option will not be shown.

Select Seats to Sell

Select the seats you want to sell then tap "Set Price" at the bottom of the screen.

Price Your Ticket

Enter the price at which you wish to list the tickets, then tap "Payout Method".

Payout Method

Choose how you would like to receive payment for the sale, then tap "Sell Ticket(s)" to complete your listing.

Mobile Ticketing FAQ

You can access your tickets through the Chicago Blackhawks mobile app, which can be downloaded for free in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please visit our Mobile Ticket Guide for step-by-step instructions on how to easily view your tickets, send them to other guests, accept a transfer and more.

Yes! You can link your Blackhawks Account Manager or Ticketmaster account with the Blackhawks mobile app to centrally manage your tickets alongside other gameday experiences and guides. Alternately, you can access your Blackhawks Account Manager or Ticketmaster via your mobile web browser.

No, mobile tickets are required for entry at United Center gates. Printed PDFs will no longer be accepted.

No. Mobile tickets will feature a rotating barcode when opened through the Blackhawks mobile app or emit a signal if opened through your device's digital wallet. As a result, screenshots will not work for entry into the arena.

Yes. Once you tap on the desired game, you will be able to swipe through your available tickets.

Don't forget, your entire party needs to enter at the same time if you choose to keep all tickets on one phone. We recommend transferring each person in your party their own ticket to streamline entry at the gates.

Every fan needs to present a ticket to enter the United Center. If your full party is not entering with you, please transfer the ticket(s) to other individuals in advance so they may enter separately.

Please view our Mobile Ticket Guide for detailed instructions. The process for transferring tickets has not changed, but recipients are now required to present their ticket on a mobile device for entry. Make sure to communicate in advance with your intended recipient to make sure they have a smartphone device and that you know the email address associated with their Ticketmaster account to accept and view tickets.

A reminder that screenshots are not an approved method for the transfer of tickets and will not work for entry into the United Center.

If you have purchased tickets and do not have access to a smartphone, please contact the Blackhawks Ticketing Team at Tickets@Blackhawks.com or 312-455-7090 with your Ticketmaster confirmation number for assistance.

If you are having trouble with your device, we encourage you to visit the United Center Box Office located on the East side of the arena on gameday. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.

Please try logging in with an alternative email address. You have most likely logged in using an email address that is not associated with the Ticketmaster account your tickets were transferred to. Please contact Blackhawks Customer Service at 312-455-7090 if the issue persists.

Apple Wallet or Google Play are convenience tools to access your tickets more efficiently upon arena entry, but they are not capable or intended to transfer tickets. Tickets must be transferred in advance through the Chicago Blackhawks Mobile App or Ticketmaster Account Manager.

Yes, suite ticket holders must enter with a mobile ticket. Premium Seating tickets can also be accessed through the Chicago Blackhawks mobile app. Simply select "Manage My Premium Tickets" and then follow the same process as outlined in our Mobile Ticket Guide.

Yes, you can still donate tickets to the USO of Illinois in support of local veterans and active military members via your Blackhawks Account Manager on desktop or mobile web browser only. The donation window closes 72 business hours prior to each game.

 

Use your Digital Wallet in the Blackhawks mobile app for your concessions purchases all season long!

Season Ticket Members: Your Digital Wallet is your hub for using any Blackhawks Points and applying your food & beverage and retail discounts to purchases at the arena.

 

Use Blackhawks Points for Food & Beverage

View Your Digital Wallet

Tap "Wallet" on the bottom of the home screen, then select the "Apply Food & Beverage Discount" button

Scan QR Code

You should now see a scanner appear on your screen that is using your back camera on your device.

Use this screen to align your camera with the QR provided for you at checkout.

Finish Payment

For Season Ticket Members, your Food & Beverage Discount will automatically be applied.

If your Blackhawks Points balance covers the full amount of items purchase, you are good to press "Order Now".

If not, there is a section for you to input your credit card information before hitting "Order Now".

APPLY MEMBER RETAIL DISCOUNT

View Your Digital Wallet

Tap "Wallet" on the bottom of the home screen, then select the "Apply Retail Discount" button.

Show QR Code

A QR Code will pop up on screen that the staff member will scan in order to apply the discount to your purchase.

Complete Your Purchase

Once the discount is accepted, you can complete your order by following the steps provided to you by one of our retail staff members.

Apply Member Discount or Points at Restaurant Locations

View Your Digital Wallet

Tap "Wallet" on the bottom of the home screen, then select the "Apply Premium Food & Beverage Discount" button.

Show QR Code

A QR Code will pop up on screen that the server will scan in order to apply the discount to your purchase.

Complete Your Purchase

Once the discount is accepted, you can complete your order by following the steps provided to you by your server.

SEND BLACKHAWKS POINTS

View Your Digital Wallet

Tap "Wallet" on the bottom of the home screen, then select the "Send Blackhawks Points" button

Transfer Points

Enter in the amount you wish to transfer, up to the amount in your Digital Wallet. Next, enter the email address of the account you wish to send the Points to given that they have the Chicago Blackhawks app. Lastly, you have the option to send a message before you press "Transfer".

Email Confirmation

Once the transfer is processed, both you and the recipient will receive an email confirmation confirming the transfer.

VIEW BALANCE

View Your Digital Wallet

Tap "Wallet" on the bottom of the home screen, then select the "View Blackhawks Points Balance" button

If you wish to pay with your Blackhawks Points, tap the toggle switch to the right of the Points value to apply to your purchase

Mobile Wallet FAQ

Yes. Simply link a credit card to your Digital Wallet in the Blackhawks mobile app, and follow the above steps to scan your unique QR code at checkout.

Food & beverage transactions must be fully completed through the app to enable your member discount.

Retail purchases can be completed at the register after scanning your QR code.

Game-specific Blackhawks Points will be loaded into your Digital Wallet upon scanning your ticket to enter the United Center. Upon ticket scan, please allow for up to 10 minutes for Points to appear. If you do not see your Points after the 10 minutes waiting period, please visit the Ticketing Booth located at Section 116 for assistance.

Members who selected Blackhawks Points as their choice benefit can always find the remaining balance in your Digital Wallet.

Yes. The Blackhawks Points associated with the individual ticket will automatically transfer to the ticket recipient.

Please Note: for Points to transfer, you must transfer the ticket in advance of entry to the arena. If you scan multiple tickets on one mobile device at the United Center gate, all associated Points will remain in that individual's wallet and cannot be transferred following entry.

No. Member discounts are associated with your membership account, not the individual tickets.

Any game-specific Blackhawks Points associated with individual tickets (i.e. Club members) will still automatically transfer to the ticket recipient.

Game-specific Blackhawks Points (Family Pack, Beer Pack, Suite in the Seats) must be used on the gameday associated with the ticket; unused Points will not roll over to the next game.

Club members: If you have game-specific Points and selected Points as your choice benefit, your Digital Wallet will always pull from whatever expires first (i.e. your game-specific Points before your remaining choice benefit balance).

Yes. The process may look a little different than when you use them at concession stands, but our trained staff is there to make it a quick and easy checkout. Please refer to the guide above for more instruction.

No. As 1800 Market is powered by Amazon's Just Walk Out technology, a physical credit card must be used for purchases.

Bag check is available in United Center Parking Lot J on Wood St. and Monroe St. (map available HERE). If you have a medical or personal exception, please contact United Center Guest Relations at 312-455-4509.
