Success Beyond the Classroom (SBC), a non-profit organization located in Arden Hills, Minnesota, brings innovative enrichment programs and challenging academic competitions to 10,000 elementary, middle, and high school students in the Twin Cities area each year.

The Young Authors Conference gives 4th - 8th graders the opportunity to learn from professional writers. Students attend a keynote address and three breakout sessions. The presenters encourage and challenge students to become better writers. Students leave YAC with a greater passion to write and a new set of strategies and ideas with which to experiment.
At CreativeCon (for 5th-8th graders) and at the Creativity Festival (for 3rd-5th graders), students learn that the ability to think creatively and problem solve is essential for all ages and in all areas of life. Students attend 3 breakout sessions and take part in conversations on where and how creativity, arts, and STEM meet.
STEMLink brings STEM careers to life as 5th and 6th graders work with college instructors and industry professionals from the fields of science, technology, engineering and math. Students attend a keynote address and participate in three interactive sessions on a college campus.
The Future City Competition is a project-based program where 6th-8th graders imagine, research, design, and build cities of the future. Students work with an educator and engineer mentor design a virtual city, build a tabletop scale model, write a research essay, and give an oral presentation.
Middle Grades Knowledge Bowl (grades 6-8) and Senior High Knowledge Bowl (grades 9-12) are interdisciplinary academic competitions that promote achievement and reward excellence. During a Knowledge Bowl meet, teams of students work cooperatively to solve oral and written round questions. Knowledge Bowl competitions test students' recall and problem solving abilities, critical thinking skills and teamwork work skills.
