Parent & Child Open Hockey Sessions are designed to give parents the opportunity to skate with their kids, have fun, and work on skill development while also spending quality time together. Parents may bring up to three kids to a session. No players may attend a Parent/Child without a parent on the ice.
During Parent & Child sessions, children must wear full equipment at all times, including an approved helmet with facemask. Parents must wear a minimum of skates, hockey gloves, and an approved hockey helmet. Full equipment for parents is strongly encouraged. Private instructional lessons are NOT allowed during Parent & Child sessions. The maximum number of players allowed on the ice is twenty-four skaters and four goaltenders.
