Note: Teams must register within their appropriate age and skill division

Deposit: $500 due at time of registration

• Remaining balance is due on December 1, 2025

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Tournament Director.

• If canceled within 50 days of the event, no refund will be issued.
• If canceled more than 50 days before the event, your $500 deposit will be surrendered.

To participate, non-local teams are required to book hotels through the designated hotel block. We set up designated hotel blocks to ensure quality hotels and the best available rates. Official hotel booking links will be sent out in early August.
