Bio

Teuvo Teravainen Bio

Teravainen is one of the few players from Finland to make his NHL debut as a teenager.

A product of Jokerit, the Helsinki-based team that also produced former NHL players such as Jari Kurri and Esa Tikkanen, Teravainen made his League debut with the Chicago Blackhawks at 19 on March 25, 2014. One year later, he had 10 points (four goals, six assists) to help the Blackhawks win the Stanley Cup for the third time in six seasons, establishing himself as one of the NHL more versatile young players, a natural center who also can play either wing effectively.
