Status report
Woll was first off the ice and projected to start his second consecutive game since making 29 saves in relief of Samsonov on Oct. 21, a 4-3 overtime loss at the Tampa Bay Lightning. Samsonov was pulled at 13:29 of the first period after allowing three goals on four shots. ... Oettinger did not participate in the morning skate. Stars coach Peter DeBoer said it was maintenance and it's been a priority to give him regular rest this season.
