Joe Morrow broke a tie at 11:45 of the third period, and Laurent Brossoit made 39 saves for the Winnipeg Jets in a 2-1 win against the Minnesota Wild at Bell MTS Place.
Morrow gave the Jets the lead when he took a pass from Patrik Laine and beat Andrew Hammond with a snap shot from the right face-off circle. Marko Dano scored at 13:12 of the first period to give Winnipeg a 1-0 lead. Matt Hendricks scored for Minnesota to tie it 1-1 at 2:07 of the third period. Hammond made 28 saves for the Wild.
