Head Coach - Lane Lambert

Zulianello did a strong job navigating a three-goalie tandem in his first season with the Kraken prior to Matt Murray’s early season ending injury. He was credited with helping Philipp Grubauer revive his career with his strongest Kraken regular season to date while helping further Joey Daccord’s development as the team’s No. 1 netminder. Zulianello's playing career included four seasons at Colorado College (1997-2001) before he turned pro and competed in the ECHL and AHL, with stops including the Peoria Rivermen, Toledo Storm, and Springfield Falcons. After retiring from playing in 2005, Zulianello began his coaching career at Lakehead University, where he served as the goaltending coach from 2008 to 2016. He then moved into professional coaching roles, joining the AHL's Stockton Heat as a goaltending coach from 2016 to 2019 as part of the Calgary Flames organization. In 2022, Zulianello became the goaltending coach for the Coachella Valley Firebirds, the AHL affiliate of the Seattle Kraken, where he worked closely with both Daccord and Nikke Kokko.

Fun Facts:
Zulianello is known for his ability to teach honestly. His mother was a French teacher, and the Thunder Bay, ON, native has a master's degree in education from Lakehead University.
